1) Quotes & Pricing
Any quote provided through our website, text, email, or phone is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary after reviewing the vehicle in person and confirming the scope of work, including (but not limited to) old film removal, adhesive cleanup, vehicle condition, and time required.
2) Scheduling, Changes & Cancellations
Appointment times may be provided as an estimated arrival window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
3) Customer Responsibilities (Mobile Service)
For mobile appointments, you agree to provide:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle and work area

Sufficient space to perform the service

Accurate vehicle information and disclosure of any relevant conditions (aftermarket glass, previous tint, sensors, trim issues, etc.)
4) Tint Compliance
You are responsible for choosing tint shade and ensuring it complies with local laws and regulations. We may provide general guidance, but enforcement varies by location.
5) Normal Installation & Curing Characteristics
You understand that certain characteristics may occur during or shortly after installation, especially while materials cure. These may include minor haze, small water pockets, or temporary visual distortion that typically improves as the film cures (curing time varies by weather and glass type).
6) Vehicle Condition & Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues, including but not limited to:

Previous tint defects, adhesive residue, or damage from prior work

Worn or brittle trim, seals, or defroster lines

Scratches, chips, paint defects, clear coat failure, or prior repairs

Aftermarket electronics/sensors or variations in glass
7) Warranty / Remedies
If you have a concern, please contact us promptly. Where applicable, warranty coverage may be limited to the material manufacturer’s warranty and/or workmanship for the originally performed service. If an issue is confirmed and covered, remedies are limited to reasonable rework or correction of the affected area.
8) Photos & Portfolio (Optional)
We may take before-and-after photos of the vehicle for documentation and portfolio purposes. If you prefer your vehicle not be used in public posts, please tell us before or during the appointment.
9) Website Content

10) Disclaimers
